about me

I was born in Scotland and moved to England 12 years ago to become long haul Cabin Crew.
I lived in London for 5 years, and the call of the sea brought me to Hove 7 years ago.
I live with my partner Rich and his 5 year old daughter India joins us at the weekends. Rich is training to be a gardener, and we have an allotment to practice on.
In 2003 I began studying Homoepathy at the South East College of Homeopathy. I am currently writing a book on the causes and Homeopathic treatment of depression. My interests include yoga, walking, cooking, reading, gardening and of course travel.
